Each session will start with a set of exercises designed to provide support to muscles around the knee, balance and circulation. Then all those who come along will be sent on your way for a 60 minute run/jog/walk (I'll be with the walkers!) and then be back at the green to finish with some exercises that will focus on strengthening your core and the muscles around your knee to finish.
